Our Story

SAAH Rise is a student-led initiative committed to amplifying marginalized voices and challenging patriarchal norms. We highlight the leadership of grassroots women and nurture new feminist leaders dedicated to social transformation. SAAH stands for Sisters for Advocacy, Awareness, and Healing and RISE for Right, Inclusion, Strength, and Empowerment, our vision is inclusive. We engage men as allies, address the impact of hegemonic masculinity, and promote equitable gender relations. At its heart, SAAH Rise is an intersectional space where stories are shared, identities affirmed, and collective empowerment takes root.
